The Earliest Years (Timmy and Molly)
This period of time gives you a chance to really get to know your child. What is her learning style? How does he tolerate frustration? Whit is your baby good at? You should Journal these things and more in fact the more your chart the happenings of this early period the better you will be able to teach as your child grows and develops.
Now is the time to begin using Homeschool Tracker it is free and you will only be using it at this point to log after the fact learning. For example little Timmy spends 20 minutes on his tummy to day and learned to pick up his head. You log it. Molly learns to climb to a standing position at the end of the coffee table you log it. You log everything as it happens the da da da's and the rolling over. At the end of the First year you will have a wonderful record of all his milestones! And YES that is what homeschooling is all about.
When it happens you log Timmy chewing on his nontoxic crayons you tell him no and show him how to scribble! A few weeks later you show him how to draw a line.
Infancy is the best time to begin teaching children sing language. Your baby can communicate in sign as young as three to six months as opposed to the 12 to18 months for the first words and years for the actual spoken communication! Baby Sign

These games are normally used for grades preschool through three but our family made some of our own right up through high school.Why use worksheets when you can use a game?
